2023 Conference

CALL FOR PAPERS

We are pleased to announce that the 5th edition of Young Numismatists’ Conference will be organised by the Department of Auxiliary Sciences of History, Institute of History, Eötvös Loránd Science University. Our mission is opening a dedicated platform for young scholars where they can present their research. We also would like to help their further improvement and offer a chance to spread their new results.

Date: 8–9th November 2023.

Venue: Gyula Szekfű Library in the Institute of History, Eötvös Loránd Science University, Faculty of Arts (6-8 Múzeum Blvd, Budapest, postal code: 1088, Hungary)

Estimated sessions of the conference: Antiquity, Middle Ages, Early Modern Age, Modern Age

Anyone is welcome to present a paper, who is an academic in the field of numismatics, has completed BA and is under the age of 40 till the date of the Conference. Applications and abstracts can be sent, and a scientific committee decides concerning the acceptance of the applications.

Language of the Conference: Abstracts and slides in English, presentation in any language

We will publish the proceedings of this conference. Every scholar who presents their paper gets the right of publishing in the proceedings automatically.
